The American Wind Band (AWB) rehearses in the Herrick Middle School Band Room. Herrick is located three blocks west of Main Street and one block south of Ogden avenue in Downers Grove. Rehearsals start at 7:30 each Tuesday. Band musicians interested in joining the American Wind Band are welcome to come to a rehearsal and sit in with the band. There are no auditions. The band traditionally performs 5 concerts each year in the area. When called upon the AWB may perform special programs. Herrick Middle School |
